This policy explains what personal data I process when you contact me through this website, why I process it and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data I process
When you submit the contact form, I collect:
- your name and email address,
- your phone number, if you choose to provide it,
- the city, type of project, body area and approximate size,
- the message in which you tell me your idea.
I do not ask for more data than I need to reply to you. If you contact me by email or Instagram, I process the data you send through those channels for the same purposes.
Appointments are managed in the client area, which has its own privacy policy.
What I use it for
- Replying to your enquiry.
- Preparing a quote and, if you wish, arranging your appointment.
I do not use your data to send you advertising or for profiling.
Legal basis
- Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before submitting it (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, when you ask me for a quote or an appointment (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me at hola@maliartattoo.com.
How long I keep it
I keep your data while we discuss your project. If we do not end up working together, I delete it no later than one year after our last contact. If you become a client, I keep it for as long as legal obligations, such as tax obligations, require.
Who I share it with
I do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To operate the website and email, I work with web hosting and email providers. They only process data on my instructions and with the safeguards required by the GDPR. If any of them were outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would take place with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
At any time, you can contact me to:
- access your data,
- have it rectified or erased,
- restrict or object to its processing,
- request data portability.
Email me at hola@maliartattoo.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe I have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Minors
If you are under 14, you need your parents’ or guardians’ consent to send me your data.
Security
I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the form includes protection against automated submissions.
